Daniel J. Maloney

Daniel J. Maloney’s practice is devoted to civil matters including Real Estate, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Tort Law, Probate Law, Consumer Law, Traffic Law, Business Formation and Plaintiff Practice.

Mr. Maloney received his B.B.A. from The University of Toledo in 1988 with a degree in Marketing; his M.B.A. from The University of Toledo in 1993 and his J.D. from Toledo in 1997.

Mr. Maloney is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Michigan. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and Toledo Bar Association. He is also a Member of Toledo Bar Association Municipal Court, Probate Court and Bar Admission Committees.
