Kathleen W. Kolodgy practices in the area of Health Care Law, Civil Litigation, and Corporate Law, advising clients on a wide array of contracts and regulatory issues. She has practiced in the health care field for over 20 years, representing physicians, hospitals, health plans, employers, individuals and health care entities and providers.
Ms. Kolodgy is a Fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation and a member of the Toledo Bar Association, The Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Society of Hospital Attorneys, the American Health Lawyer’s Association, and the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys. She is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan and Illinois.
