Ms. Smith practices in the area of health care law, with current emphasis on medical staff issues, as well as related risk management and regulatory issues. She has practiced in the health care field for more than 20 years representing hospitals and hospital systems as both outside counsel and in-house general counsel.

Ms. Smith is admitted to practice in Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Health Lawyer’s Association.
