William T. Maloney has been engaged in a private law practice based in Toledo, Ohio since 1980. Before starting in private practice, Mr. Maloney taught law at Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans where his subjects included contracts, business units, torts, products liability and insurance law.

Mr. Maloney’s practice is devoted to civil matters with emphasis on planning business formation and organization, business transactions, contract, real estate, probate and civil litigation (including business organization, business and personal injury matters).

He is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations and a member of the Business Law and Probate Committees of the Toledo Bar Association.
